Our forty square meter units are 5 meters wide and 8 meters long. Units have windows at the rear and front to maximise natural light. A single 40sqm unit can comfortably fit individual workstations for up to 8 people, or 6 if you intent to have a dedicated meeting or coffee break area.
Optional Customisation
Structural customisation requires pre-approval by a structural engineer plaza management. But each office space was specifically designed to be a blank slate if you need to customise your space.
You can partition your office space however you like. Private office or client meeting rooms are popular choices, as are kitchen / coffee areas, even a private bathroom & shower.
